1. Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water.
2. Start with a quarter size amount of THICK SHAMPOO in hands.
3. Work into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp. Add more if needed.
4. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture.
5. Start with a quarter size amount of THICK CONDITIONER.
6. Apply in sections.
7. Add more if needed.
8. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.
